Ingredients
- 1lb yukon gold sliced in half lengthwise, then in planks
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425. Put oven rack in lowest position.
- Spray rimmed baking sheet with coming spray, then spread oil
- Whisk corn starch and water. Then microwave 20 seconds at a time until pudding like.
- Combine with potatoes
- Spread on baking sheet cut side down. Evenly spaced
- Cover with greased foil and bake for 12 min
- Remove foil and bake for 10 to 18 minutes
- Turn potatoes and bake another 10 to 18 minutes.
- Season with salt generously immediately. Use spatula to mix
- Transfer to paper towels to degrease
